The Agile Management Analyst supports the delivery of Data & Analytics initiatives by bridging the gap between Agile teams, product management, and business stakeholders. This role contributes to the definition of requirements, supports Agile delivery practices, and helps ensure that solutions are aligned with business needs and executed effectively. The Analyst works with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable work, support delivery processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is a Full Time, remote, Agile Management Analyst role.
What You'll Do
- Collaborates with Agile teams, product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to support definition and prioritization of product features and requirements.
- Translates business requirements into clear user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery.
- Supports Agile ceremonies and delivery processes (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution.
- Assists in documenting workflows, data processes, and system requirements to support delivery and product understanding.
- Conducts data analysis to validate requirements, identify gaps, and support business and product decision-making.
- Supports data product lifecycle activities from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing optimization.
- Partners with technical teams to support data integration, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business needs.
- Monitors product usage and gathers feedback to support continuous improvement and enhancement of solutions.
- Acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to support communication of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Supports data quality, governance, and documentation efforts, including adherence to policies, standards, and metadata practices.
- May require other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst role, with a focus on data products or data systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with metadata management strategies, data catalogs, and metadata tools.
- Strong understanding of data systems, data flows, data architecture, cloud platforms (such as Azure).
- Strong Jira expertise required.
- Proficiency with Databricks.
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks (e.g., ETL, ELT) and data storage systems (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes).
- Proficient in SQL and data query languages for data analysis.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and reporting solutions.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to work with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $70,000.00 - $86,500.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
