How have you grown in your career with Premise Health? I started as a staff nurse in 2013 at TIAA (was a patient centered medical home) in Denver, Colorado. I relocated with my family to Texas in 2016 for the Health Center Manager position at Fidelity Westlake (acute episodic, with wellness and nutrition). In January of this year, I transferred to Bell Helicopter for their Health Center Manager position. I now have two sites that I oversee and the lines of service we cover include primary care, pharmacy and occupational health.
Please feel free to contact me if you have questions about my career journey.
How long you’ve been with the company:11 years! I started with our company in 2008 as a PRN provider and took on the role of Medical Director in 2010.
How have you grown in your career with Premise Health? It has been a fun journey! I started at Harrah’s (now Caesar’s) in South Lake Tahoe, California, in 2008, and in 2010 became the Medical Director. In 2012, I relocated to Seattle, Washington, to open the health center for Microsoft serving as Medical Director. I was able to participate in the AAAHC accreditation process while there.
My journey continued in 2015 when I relocated to Richmond, Virginia, where I served as the Medical Director for Capital One West Creek and helped as the wellness center transitions from urgent care to a patient centered medical home, and AAAHC accreditation. In 2017 took on additional roles as interim Medical Director for our JRC center, and Chesapeake, participating in their implementation and openings, and have stayed on as the permanent Medical Director for Chesapeake.
I actively participate on the Primary Care Medical Advisory Board, the Travel Advisory Board, the Health Informatics Board, the new Transgender Medicine Board and I have been chosen to train as an Epic Super User (just starting that process)
Please feel free to contact me if you have questions about my career journey.

How have you grown in your career with Premise Health? I started as a Nurse Practitioner at Florida Power and Light (NextEra Energy) Turkey Point Nuclear Plant. From there, I transitioned in to a dual role as Nurse Practitioner and Health Center Manager at the same location. In 2012, I transitioned to field operations as a Director of Client Operations and was able to continue my growth as I took on an Associate Vice President for the southeast region. Starting in 2016, I moved back into a clinical role as the Vice President, Clinical Operations Support and then took on my current role as Senior Vice President, Medical Operations in 2019.

How long you’ve been with the company: Since December 2008
How have you grown in your career with Premise Health? I started with the organization in December 2008 as a Nurse Practitioner at our wellness center for Disney in Orlando, Florida. I very much enjoyed my time as a full-time provider for Disney Cast Members and their families. When an opportunity became available for a Health Center Manager, I applied knowing that I ultimately wanted to move into healthcare operations at some point. In October 2011 I was promoted to Director of Operations, while maintaining my Health Center Manager responsibilities.
In the summer of 2014 I had the opportunity to take on the role of Senior Director of Operations – exposing me to additional centers and lines of business. I have found that I have a real passion for operations and in 2016 I became an Associate Vice President within our Southeast region. While I miss patient care, I love my role at Premise and the ability to partner with our regional team to deliver best in class care and helping people to get, stay and be well every day.
Please feel free to contact me if you have questions about my career journey.
