The Associate Vice President (AVP), Primary Care Product, supports the strategy, growth, and delivery of Advanced Primary Care (APC) products across the enterprise. Reporting to the Vice President of Product, the AVP provides operational leadership and coordination across the three core pillars of the Enterprise Product Team (EPT): Product Growth (sales), Product Delivery (execution), and Product Strategy (evolution).
AVP oversees the day-to-day management of their product team. This leader ensures strong alignment between product strategy, execution, and performance while driving scalability and operational excellence.
AVP serves as a key liaison between product, operations, finance, and growth functions: supporting product commercialization, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives. The AVP provides coverage for the VP as needed but does not assume decision-making authority outside the reporting structure.
