This position is responsible for providing consultative guidance for Behavioral Health site leadership and teams while implementing consistent activities to standardize operational processes to ensure sustainable business outcomes and adherence to corporate policies and government regulations. This role supports ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of all programs related to the Behavioral Health line of service.
This is a full time, remote Behavioral Health Product Manager role.
What You'll Do
•Responsible for subject matter expert support to the health centers in areas of Behavioral Health.
•Responsible for standardizing Behavioral Health across the enterprise, including evidence-based practice, documentation, and reporting.
•Assist in supporting new implementations including design, coordination, and leading new hire orientations.
•Support operations in hiring of new and replacement positions. This includes interviewing key Behavioral Health candidates and providing orientation and training as well as ongoing development.
•Assist the Director of Behavioral Health in the development and design of new programs and initiatives across the enterprise. Assist with the operationalization of the programs by working collaboratively with other supporting departments.
•Attend and lead Behavioral Health line of service calls, library committee, Behavioral Health Champions meetings, Epic Superuser meetings, chart review meetings and other meetings as needed. Organize Peer Groups.
•Provide thought leadership and support of quantitative and qualitative analysis, outcomes measurement and reporting.
•Support Behavioral Health team members and operations managers in a participatory, positive, and supportive manner.
•Provides feedback for performance evaluation, corrective action plans, and budget planning as it relates to Behavioral Health.
•Research industry data and information for use as references, benchmarks and goals for programs and present to internal departments and externally to clients and prospects as appropriate.
•Responsible for subject matter expertise on Behavioral Health documentation, including related IT platform(s) and support day-to-day vendor relationships related to the BH product.
•Consult on and support company offered Behavioral Health initiatives
•Performs other related duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
•Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
•Master’s in social work, counseling, or equivalent field of study
•Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor in state of position.
•Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS – care) training preferred
•5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
•Experience working in a virtual environment preferred with working knowledge in Epic.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent articulation skills and ability to communicate complex health/medical principles and procedures in simple layman’s language
•Ability to create process flows to improve efficiency and adherence to corporate policies and government regulations
•Understanding of business processes to facilitate execution of initiatives
•Functional use of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs, specifically Epic, preferred

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $103,000.00 - $113,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an Annual Performance Incentive that is a percentage of base salary and awarded based upon individual annual evaluation and company financial performance.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
