This position is responsible to provide standardized, advanced Individual clinical training. This is accomplished through process development, coordination of activities, training and orientation on implementations and additional new hire orientation supporting clinical policies, guidelines, protocols that are implemented during the implementations process for all new and current clients undergoing an implementation of whatever magnitude.


This is a full time, remote Clinical Education and Training Program Manager role.


What You'll Do

Provides leadership and communication to ensure knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing to new Health Centers in support of operational goals and objectives.

Communicates clinical processes, policies, and corporate vision effectively with new Health Center management.

Define solutions to maximize operational workflows 

Participates in the formal transition process from the Implementation Team to Operations and Regional Leadership related to ongoing clinical training needs.

Management of specific programs within the CET Team

Actively participate in the development of a working health center model to determine the scope of work to be performed and staffing model.

Participate in strategic planning sessions in order to effectively utilize resources of the entire Clinical Education and Training Team.

Participate in implementation meetings as an active member in support of the implementation process.

Participate in team meetings, such as implementation staff or management meetings.

Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) to prepare the project plan according to the scope of work for contracted services.

Participate in site assessments and gap analysis and provide recommendations for action plans where change or improvement is needed.

Facilitate or participate in Internal and External Project meetings in preparation for implementation and replacement hires.

May participate in finalist presentations as requested.

Communicate with Operations Implementation Team, Quality, Operations and Compliance officer in order to monitor changes in the state or federal clinical practice regulations that could impact client health center operations.

Responsible for the completion of all tasks in Project Plan designated as responsibility of the Clinical Training Manger for all implementations and replacement hires and follow up as needed. Implementations may be multiple lines of service or complicated in nature.

Monitors the status, assigns actions items and proactively identifies issues/roadblocks for new implementation training.

Conducts or participates in conference calls on a regular basis providing virtual leadership in the implementation planning process and effectively communicates weekly project status and timeline updates.

Work with Clinical Education and Training team to create and update training materials for on-going clinical development of Health Center colleagues, clinical operations/processes and team member onboarding.

May continue to update the training and orientation materials for new site implementations.

Coordinate, facilitate, train /orient for implementations and additional hire orientation.

Provide consultative guidance and perspective to clients during presentations and ongoing, for issue related to medical specialty, operational process or compliance concerns.

Serve as a consultant to clinicians on medical processes related to provision of clinical services and delivery of services. Collaborate with Regional Medical Leadership, DCO, Regional Vice President and quality on issues related to patient optimization and clinical services.

May be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and fiscal outcomes of site implementations.

Responsibilities might include coordinating the activities implementation and replacement hire clinical orientation through planning, assigning and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Ensure best practices and continual contract and organization-wide performance improvement by assisting in the monitoring of performance goals.

May be asked to assist with other duties or special projects as required by business needs.


What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required, Master’s preferred.

Licensure in healthcare, Nursing, etc. required.

At least 5 years experience in indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development training and assignment of work/projects to other team members.

Prior project management or process management required.

Experience working in a virtual environment preferred.

10+ years experience in a Health related field preferred.

5+ years experience in worksite healthcare setting preferred.

5+ years experience in Occupational Health preferred. 

3+ years of RN experience at an onsite wellness center

Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs (Teams/Zoom meetings), specifically Electronic Medical Record (EMR, etc.) preferred.

Excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organization both internal and external preferred.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $90,000.00 - $105,600.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an Annual Performance Incentive that is a percentage of base salary and awarded based upon individual annual evaluation and company financial performance.


For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
