This position is responsible for providing consultative guidance for Health Centers while implementing consistent activities to standardize health center operational processes to ensure sustainable business outcomes and results and adherence to corporate policies and government regulations. This position will assist in the development, refinement, and execution of detailed project plans including tactical coordination of corporate departments and Health Center management. Supports the design, coordination, implementation and evaluation of an integrated system-wide approach to clinical education including new team member onboarding, on-going training, professional development and professional advancement of clinical team members.
This is a Full Time, remote, Clinical Operations Program Manager role, with travel in the South region.
What You'll Do
Leadership:
- Provides leadership and communication to ensure knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing to Occupational Health and Primary Care Centers in support of operational goals and objectives and compliance with government regulations.
- Communicates processes, policies, and corporate vision effectively with Health Center management.
- Creates an environment of clear accountability for Health Center management and takes accountability for his/her own results.
Collaboration:
- Actively participates in the development of individual and site processes and project planning according to the scope of work ensuring operational efficiency and governmental compliance.
- Participates in site assessments and gap analysis and provides recommendations for action plans where change or improvement is needed.
- Facilitates and/or participates in project meetings with Health Center Management to prepare for implementation/execution of corporate policy
- Solves complex problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive, productive approaches utilizing internal support functions.
Coordination:
- Responsible for the completion of all tasks in Project Plan designated as responsibility of the Program Manager, Clinical Operations in preparation, implementation and follow up as needed.
- Serve as a consultant to other departments and teams related to clinical training programs and delivery of health care services, promoting a team approach.
- Monitors the status, assigns actions items and proactively identifies issues/roadblocks.
- Conducts or participates in conference calls on a regular basis and effectively communicates weekly project status and timeline updates.
Employee On-boarding:
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical educational programs for clinical staff. This includes new team member orientation, skills assessment, and on-going training programs including clinical practice education and professional development programs that support team member high performance and engagement, and a quality value-based organizational culture.
- Participates in on-boarding of new managers and staff in Health Centers when requested.
Consultation:
- Provides consultative guidance and perspective to Health Centers and to clients for issues related to subject matter expertise and operational processes.
- Collaborates with Health Center site management on issues related to SME deliverables and operational optimization.
Other:
- Consults with Medical, Legal or Compliance departments regarding regulations, practice acts, practice law, certification requirements etc.
- Develop educational programs to support the enterprise strategic initiatives, regulatory requirements, patient care experience, patient safety initiative, evidence-based practice, accreditation and compliance accountability.
- Support other departments as requested with clinical practices.
What You'll Bring
- Licensed in a Health care field (Nursing, Physician Assistant, etc.)
- Bachelor of Science or Masters, preferred
- COHN or COHN-S preferred if nursing; additional occupational health training if other licensed healthcare provider, preferred
- Certification in Case Management, preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in Occupational Healthcare and Primary Healthcare
- 5+ years’ experience in managing Medical Surveillance programs (Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection) preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in OSHA recordkeeping preferred
- Prior experience in an on-site Occupational Health Center or Primary Care Center/Patient Centered Medical Home
- Experience working in a virtual environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent articulation skills and ability to communicate complex health/medical principles and procedures in simple layman’s language.
- Ability to create process flows to improve efficiency and adherence to corporate policies and government regulations.
- Functional use of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs, specifically occupational Electronic Medical Record ( EMR etc.), preferred.
- Flexibility essential – able to adapt to circumstances beyond the department’s control pertaining to travel dates, training needs, and responsibilities.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an Annual Performance Incentive that is a percentage of base salary and awarded based upon individual annual evaluation and company financial performance.

Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
