You’ll be an integral part of a new, innovative team charged with developing and executing on a variety of strategies related to Premise’s approach to population health. You will help create and manage the analytical foundation of this effort, which will ultimately be scaled across the enterprise. In this high-visibility, entrepreneurial position, you will work with cross-functional teams throughout Premise, including strategy, operations, clinical, finance and more. This role has significant exposure to senior leadership, and tremendous growth potential. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and data functions of the team as well as many of Premise’s data partners. Some of the primary responsibilities include overseeing all data integration processes, optimizing collaborative operations, and leading improvement initiatives to maximize the value of population health strategies. The role is a perfect fit for someone who excels at building relationships, is highly analytical and is excited about being part of a close-knit team that is redefining the way primary care is delivered.
This is a full time Data Operations Analyst role.
What You'll Do
•Responsible for managing data integration with Premise’s partner vendors and data suppliers including Third Party Administrators and Pharmacy Benefit Managers.
•Manage team and partner relationships in the data integration process to effectively maintain and onboard data sources
•Message to key stakeholders the value proposition and use cases of the data types and fields being requested by Premise to ensure all necessary data is obtained
•Assist with the execution of necessary legal agreements, file layout agreements, and file transfer implementations to successfully complete new data implementations
•Identify opportunities for improvement in data integration and data quality assurance processes and build scalable systems for ongoing data operations
•Maintain clear and effective communication between internal and external teams on the status of ongoing data operations and select effective methods of driving project timelines to completion
•Drive the success of population health strategy within Premise Health by leading collaboration between the client and data product teams to support optimal operations.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for data operations for internal and external teams and manage escalations as appropriate
•Maintain understanding of the business and technical work being delivered by each team function including data from various systems and client strategy to continuously identify opportunities to drive growth and efficiency
•Anticipate data requirements of client and internal teams and recommend changes to operational workflows as appropriate
•Assist with data process improvement initiatives based on key insights to support the strategic vision of the team
•Identify data opportunities for client reporting that best communicate performance, ROI, and other metrics to reflect population health operations
•Assist upper-level management in defining and prioritizing the data related features and deliverables to be created that support scalability, growth, and productivity of the team
•Work closely with various stakeholders such as data analysts, client managers, business leaders, development teams, project managers, and others to ensure success of the overall execution of population health strategy
•Support clients with data analytics needs to ensure value delivery based on the contracted services
•Responsible for overall client strategy and performance management of key clients
•May require other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
•Bachelor's Degree required
•Graduate Degree a plus
•3+ years of experience in analytical and/or client management role involving creating and implementing strategies that drive client development / product growth and presenting key recommendations to stakeholders
•Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
•Prior experience in a healthcare company and/or management / strategy consulting firm strongly preferred
•Data analysis experience
•Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau)
•Intrapreneurial spirit (entrepreneurial spirit with ability to thrive in a large organization) required.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to complex problems and deliver solutions.
•High level of expertise in population health, clinical strategy, and data analysis including analyzing, interpreting, and assessing medical, pharmacy, biometrics and other data types.
•Superior verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organization. Additionally, having the ability to choose the right communication channel depending on the problem to be solved.
•Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to work both independently and within teams.
•Project management and process mapping skills.
•Comfort with learning new analytical tools.
•Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using index match function, and/or creating a pivot table).
•Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: changing picture styles, customizing animation and/or setting automatic slide timings).
•Familiarity with R, Python, and/or SQL considered a plus
•Understanding of medical claims data preferred

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $70,000.00 - $87,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
