This team member is responsible for resolving information technology related issues and troubleshooting technical problems for the organization. This role requires high quality customer service to the organization’s internal customers.

This is a Full Time, hybrid, Desktop Engineer role located in Brentwood, TN.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for providing support to corporate and field employees regarding software issues, hardware issues, Microsoft applications, etc.; scheduling maintenance technicians when needed (85%).  
• Installing and setting up equipment and hardware/software for new and existing employees; performing upgrades when necessary (5%).  
• Responsible for ensuring the proper handling and maintenance of damaged equipment performing repairs if feasible (5%).  
• Providing phone support and providing on-call support when necessary (5%).  
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned (5%).  

What You'll Bring

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related; or equitable work experience.  
• Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a technical support role.  
• Ability to support a multi-site organization is a plus.  
• Positive customer relations/service skills.  
• Demonstrated strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
