The Director, Enterprise Transformation partners with the Enterprise Transformation leader to operationalize the transformation function as well as supports the execution of enterprise priorities, drive cross-functional collaboration, and help build the processes, frameworks, and team capabilities needed to deliver transformation initiatives and measurable outcomes. The Director will play a key role in launching and scaling transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing enterprise value. 


This is a full time, hybrid Director of Enterprise Transformation role located in Brentwood, TN.


What You'll Do

Support Standing Up/Formalizing the Transformation Function: Collaborates with the Transformation Leader to design, launch, and scale the enterprise transformation function, including developing foundational processes, documentation, and team capabilities.

Champions enterprise transformation by advancing key initiatives that deliver measurable business results, accelerate strategic priorities, and create value across the organization. Focuses on achieving impactful outcomes ensuring transformation efforts directly support growth and operational excellence.

Business Process Optimization: Leads efforts to identify areas of optimization, collaborate to redesign and support implementation of business processes that  improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance organizational performance in enterprise transformation efforts. Applies best practices and data-driven insights to optimize workflows and support enterprise transformation objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works with stakeholders across the organization to implement strategic and tactical outcomes aligned with long-term organizational growth goals.

Frameworks & Best Practices: Assists in developing and maintaining transformation frameworks, tools, and best practices to support efficient execution and scalability.

Communication & Issue Resolution: Serves as a liaison between cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and ensure transformation initiative momentum.

Change Management: Supports change management efforts by challenging the status quo, recommending process improvements, and helping teams adapt to new ways of working.

Data-Driven Decision Making to Develop Team KPIs: Utilizes data to develop KPIs. 

Works alongside project mgmt. to assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating resources for large transformation initiatives.

Team Leadership: May supervise others as the function grows, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.


What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree (required); MBA or relevant graduate degree (optional).

10 or more years’ experience in the healthcare industry or management consulting, with a track record of supporting transformation initiatives and project management.

Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to present analyses and recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience using data to analyze performance and develop actionable insights.

Experience designing, implementing, and executing large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stages and stakeholders.

Intrapreneurial spirit (entrepreneurial mindset within a large organization).

Ability to coach others, recognize strengths, and encourage ownership of personal development.

Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Superior verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter in all settings.

Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.

Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage change.

Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau) is a plus.

Team player adept at taking on multiple roles to ensure goals are met.
