The Director of Product Delivery is responsible for ensuring excellence in product delivery by managing policies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and working with field teams to ensure product success. This position provides direction in the development and deployment of subject matter content applicable to clinical, operations, corporate departments, and field team members in collaboration with Medical and Operations Leadership. Additionally, the role supports the development and execution of product vision and strategy, the prioritization of enhancements, and leads teams to drive innovation and achieve product excellence and organizational objectives.


This is a full time, remote Director of Product Delivery role.


What You'll Do

Leadership

Lead development/deployment of clinical and operational subject matter content; develop and communicate policies, processes, and corporate vision; and ensure knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing to support goals and regulatory compliance.

Provide thought leadership by staying current on industry trends.

Apply quantitative/qualitative analysis to guide interventions, outcomes measurement, and reporting.

Supervision

Directly supervises Product Managers; coach, mentor, and develop team members aligned to product and line-of-service initiatives.

Collaboration

Partner with Medical Operations, Operations, Product, and site leaders to translate clinical, business, and financial requirements into scalable processes and to resolve escalations.

Collaborate with data/reporting teams to define and report product success metrics and field delivery status; support Epic workflow design and optimization.

Partner with Health Strategy team on claims analysis and clinical campaign design.

Coordination

Own assigned project plan deliverables end-to-end: track status/timelines, lead cadence calls/meetings, assign action items, and remove roadblocks.

Develop and maintain compliant policies, procedures, and integrated workflows across products, disciplines, and lines of service to support optimal delivery of individual products and integrate APC products to optimize utilization and clinical excellence.

Establish and monitor field KPIs; analyze performance trends; and partner with Product Managers and site leadership to implement corrective action plans for underperforming sites.

Support implementation of product services/programs and onboard/train team members delivering or supporting the product.

Consultation

Provide consultative guidance to sites and internal partners on SME deliverables, operational processes, and implementation procedures, including pre-implementation escalations (staffing standards and SOWs) and support for business development. Consulting with product managers, product AVP, or VP as appropriate.

Other

Participates in site assessments and gap analysis and provides recommendations for action plans where change or improvement is needed.

Support implementation of new business and expansion opportunities.

Consults with Medical, Legal, or Compliance departments regarding regulations, practice acts, practice law, certification requirements, etc.

Proven success as an effective people leader; builds relationships to drive results and positive team member experience.


What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other healthcare related field or equivalent work experience required.

Master’s degree preferred

10+ years of related work experience required

Thorough understanding of Care Management, Obesity Management, and nutrition services delivery and integration into Primary Care.

Strong people leader skills

Strong data analysis skills and ability to execute strategies in a large organization with multiple stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills

Proven history of building relationships with teams that get results

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Ability to communicate with operations team members effectively

Demonstrated experience managing and executing products in the healthcare space

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an Annual Performance Incentive that is a percentage of base salary and awarded based upon individual annual evaluation and company financial performance.


For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
