The EPMO Program Manager will be part of a cross-functional program management team supporting organizational strategic objectives, challenging the status quo through effective partnerships with internal customers to achieve business priorities and drive necessary cultural change. The selected individual will leverage their knowledge of strategic planning, process development, program and project management, accountability, collaboration, results delivery, and attention-to-detail skillsets in meeting their responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have advanced-level knowledge and practical experience in Project Management and entry-level knowledge/practical experience in Program Management, coupled with the ability to work with others at all levels of the organization, from the Senior Leadership Team through individual contributors.
This is a full time, remote Enterprise PMO Program Manager role.
What You'll Do
•Develop strategic partnerships with cross-functional leaders and their teams, leveraging coaching, mentoring or other interpersonal skills and tools
•Identify, document, and prioritize short- and long-term strategic opportunities within the enterprise
•Develop recommendations and approaches for strategic and operational improvements within the enterprise
•Manage assigned Program(s), including simultaneous projects and initiatives of varying size and complexity
•Lead cross-functional efforts to assess program risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
•Drive organizational change management approach to ensure buy-in and program success
•Coordinate among personnel from various enterprise-wide departments and gain consensus on moving programs and projects forward
•Evolve operational excellence and service delivery to meet the needs of the enterprise
•Facilitate development and implementation of program level reports
•Enable feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement during all projects and phases within assigned programs
What You'll Bring
•Bachelor’s degree preferred OR a High School Diploma/GED/associate degree or equivalent work experience.
•PMI® ACP and/or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
•Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required)
•PMI (Project Management Institute) ® PgMP Certification highly preferred or willingness to obtain within 4 years in role
•1-2 years Program Management experience leading large, complex, cross-functional, multi-project programs preferred
•7+ years of Project Management experience leading complex cross-functional projects of varying size or duration required
•ServiceNow SPM experience preferred
•Healthcare/IT experience highly preferred
•Ability to establish and maintain an elevated level of trust and confidence across the range of relationships from individual contributor through Senior (VP level) Leadership
•Advanced knowledge with project management scheduling tools (MS Project, Service Now Enterprise Business Management, etc.)
•Familiarity with agile principles is considered a plus
•Outstanding time management, organizational, and attention to detail at both individual and team levels
•Outstanding communication skills: technical, nontechnical, verbal, written and presentation
•Advanced level skill in Microsoft Office 2010 or later, including MS Visio: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Proven ability to work autonomously, be accountable, and take initiative
•Proven ability to work with other teams in managing complex projects and/or processes in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•Proven ability taking a concept from idea to completion
•Ability to facilitate teams and bring others to consensus
•Able to handle ambiguity with a strategic mindset and apply tactically

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $110,000.00 - $146,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an Annual Performance Incentive that is a percentage of base salary and awarded based upon individual annual evaluation and company financial performance.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
