The Business Application and Delivery team at Premise Health implements and supports all non-clinical applications for the company and its subsidiaries. Our team partners with various departments including Sales for CRM and Proposal software solutions, Finance & Accounting for financial, payroll, time & attendance and budgeting & reporting applications, with Human Resources for employee and manager self-service, recruiting and on boarding applications and the Credentialing team for the applications that support their work. The team also creates and supports the processes that integrates data between many of these applications.


The Analyst, HRIS I position will be part of the HRIS team that is responsible for the implementation and support of all HRIS related systems which include products for applicant tracking, onboarding, employee & manager self-service, time & attendance and payroll.


This is a full time, remote HRIS Analyst I role.


What You'll Do

Leverage ServiceNow (ticketing system) to support end-users by answering questions about how to perform functions within various applications

Leverage ServiceNow to support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving Tier 1 technology issues

Maintain and audit HRIS tables

Set up systems access for new practitioners and maintain role-based security

Perform occasional data entry, audits, and mass updates

Support team with routine tasks as needed, including job aid development


What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience required

1 - 2 years HRIS or HR Practitioner experience preferred

Previous experience with ServiceNow Incident, Case Management or similar ticketing application preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel required

Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization required

Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks/requests required

Previous use of UKG Workforce Dimensions (formerly Kronos Dimensions) or UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) required

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $20.77 - $25.96 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. 


For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
