The HR Supervisor will supervise all phases of functionality, data management, reporting, and other operations of the HR information systems for the organization. This role will oversee the effectiveness and efficiency of HR systems. The HRIS Supervisor position will be part of the HRIS team that is responsible for the implementation and development of all HRIS related systems which include products for applicant tracking, learning management, onboarding, employee & manager self-service, time & attendance, and payroll. The HRIS Supervisor will also oversee the work of HRIS analysts. 


This is a full time, remote HRIS Supervisor role.


What You'll Do

Supervise Analyst, HRIS I

In partnership with HRIS Managers, maintain ServiceNow and monitor case load and trends

Support HRIS Managers with day-to-day operations

Provide Tier-3 support for complex issues

Coordinating with various teams to ensure process and training documentation is accurate, meets standard and up to date on SharePoint

Partner with various departments to help identify and implement process improvements related to the applications being used

Lead all HR and Payroll projects related to year-end

Maintain close relationships with relevant HR functional area(s) and act as an advisor for technology and related processes

Proactively review technology to identify and recommend areas of opportunity

As HR and Analytics teams develop key metrics, design, support, and coordinate reporting within applicable technologies

Prioritize work related to projects, process improvements, integrations and implementations

Provide guidance in creation of process and training documentation

Perform mentoring and/or coaching to HRIS analysts and share knowledge amongst all team members


What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of relevant work experience

Application support experience

Previous experience with application implementation projects preferred

Experience managing applications that support HR and Payroll processes preferred

Experience with standalone applications connected by integrations preferred

Ability to lead virtual technology trainings

A strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization

Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks/requests

Ability to work independently

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $80,000.00 - $108,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. 


For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
