Oversees and directs the operational components of the Implementation Manager and Assistant Implementation Manager roles, in ongoing On-Site Implementation processes from project initiation into the Implementation department through hand off to Regional Clinical/Operations Teams. Acts as the operations subject matter expert for implementations and serves as a mentor and coach for direct reports for active implementations. Provides implementation subject matter expertise to all Implementation projects.


This is a Full Time, remote, Implementations Director role.


What You'll Do

  • Serves as Implementation SME on new site and expansion opportunities during the Implementation process.  
  • Is responsible for assigning direct reports to new opportunity requests and maintaining manageable workloads.
  • Accountable for facilitating and maintaining Implementation documents and tools for On Site Implementation organization and training.
  • Provides team education on process and policy changes
  • Oversees Implementation Managers and AIMs to ensure they are providing subject matter expertise in ongoing implementations.
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen and knowledge of Implementation process, facility space and design, implementation budget, and service and product offerings; to implement and drive strategic and relevant operational outcomes. 
  • Identifies and requests participation from corporate departments in strategic meetings as needs dictate during the Implementation process.
  • Provides operational and management support for Implementation Managers, Sr. Implementation Managers and Assistant Implementation Managers to include time management, expense approvals, ongoing evaluations, training, and growth opportunities.
  • Provides effective subject matter expertise, coaching, and mentoring at the site level as needed.  



What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years’ experience in a business environment or related industry, 
  • Experience in a Healthcare Implementation function 
  • Experience with project management and implementation processes
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills required 
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required 
  • Excellent demonstrated follow up skills & attention to detail 
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member 
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization (both internal and external)

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $110,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an Annual Performance Incentive that is a percentage of base salary and awarded based upon individual annual evaluation and company financial performance.



For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
