The Manager of Member Marketing Operations oversees the development, implementation, and execution of strategic operational processes and capabilities to deliver comprehensive marketing support to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations, this role will establish, manage and optimize processes, platforms, resources and tools to efficiently and effectively deliver marketing campaigns used to drive member utilization, penetration, and attribution of Premise Health products and services.
Responsibilities include creating efficient systems to triage and prioritize tasks, identify deliverables, allocate resources based on team capacity, recommend tools/platforms to support timely member marketing project delivery, and consistently exceed business and client expectations. This role will oversee the Member Marketing Operations team, and will partner with both internal stakeholders and leaders as well as clients to enable success.
This is a full time, remote Marketing Operations Manager role.
What You'll Do
•Marketing Automation & Platforms
oOwn Wrike project management platform for marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked and aligned across creative, digital, strategy, analytics, and operations teams
oEvaluate and recommend new tools, automations, dashboards, or process enhancements to improve operational scalability, effectiveness, and marketing ROI
oManage platform integrations for streamlined workflows and consolidated reporting
oEnhance platform functionality to accurately anticipate and plan for workforce demands
oLead process optimization, troubleshooting, reporting and analysis of the Engagement Hub, an online self-serve tool for customization and ordering of campaign collateral, promotional items, and operational assets
•Project Intake, Triage and Execution
oEstablish project management approach to maximize abilities/capabilities to deliver against high volumes of marketing project requests
?Optimize project intake processes, maintain project backlog and create prioritization framework (potentially as Agile Product Owner)
?Identify business value of projects and negotiate prioritization with internal team and requestors
?Develop resource allocation process/structure in partnership with functional teams
?Develop efficient workflows and blueprints to streamline project execution
?Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, on brand
oIntegrate processes and workflows in support of new client implementations and existing client expansion of services
oMaintain understanding of brand standards, design, and production process
oOwn the escalation process to provide a path for exception management
oLead or support the execution of designated marketing projects and initiatives
•Team Leadership
oLead, manage, coach, and develop team of 5+ direct reports
oOversee team’s development and execution of detailed project plans for client implementations, expansions of services, and ongoing member engagement campaigns
oBuild trusting, positive relationships with Member Marketing team members, internal stakeholders and leaders, and clients to enable success
oAllocate and monitor departmental project team member bandwidth and distribute project assignments in partnership with functional team leaders; forecast and account for peaks in demand
oCoordinate, train, and oversee projects led by contractor resources, as needed
•Analysis, Measurement and Reporting
oMonitor progress and proactively recommend opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency of team’s ability to deliver against departmental goals and commitments
oCommunicate project prioritizations, budgets, and metrics
oIdentify and deliver key insights to optimize marketing campaigns and/or internal processes to internal and external stakeholders
•Operational Support
oPartner with internal stakeholders to develop, manage, and optimize monthly client billing process for Member Marketing projects; establish billing tracking for visibility
oOversee contract and invoice management for 3rd party vendor partners and contractors
oManage department’s digital and communications channels (intranet pages, distro lists, etc.)
What You'll Bring
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
•6+ years marketing project management experience, or similar role
•2+ years in a team supervisory capacity preferred
•2+ years working in marketing operations for a marketing/advertising agency preferred
•Expert or advanced user of Wrike project management platform
•Project management certification and/or experience with Agile preferred
•Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Figma a plus
•Microsoft Office experience required with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
•Proven experience developing and implementing process efficiencies
•Demonstrated track record of bridging cross-functional teams to execute complex initiatives
•Strong leader who instills and contributes to a team culture of curiosity and innovation

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an Annual Performance Incentive that is a percentage of base salary and awarded based upon individual annual evaluation and company financial performance.

Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
