Member Engagement Coordinator

As a Full-Time Member Engagement Coordinator, you'll provide virtual services within our Digital Wellness Center (DWC). Four-day work week will include variable 8-12 hour shifts within the CST time zone. Varied work schedule will include days and evenings, along with rotating weekends, overnight shifts and holidays. Requires a dedicated, private workspace and high-speed internet. EPIC experience also required. This team operates within a 24/7 virtual setting. Work schedule is subject to change based on business needs. 


What You'll Do: 

  • Leads efforts for new member registration and member support. Answers member inquires, schedules member appointments, resolves member issues, and assists in various projects as required.
  • Supports inbound and outbound calls. 
  • Participates in and supports the effective planning, development, execution, and evaluation of new patient registration.
  • Acts as the primary support contact for questions from members.
  • Utilizes established workflows and collaborates with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitors visit queues/schedules to manage virtual visits.
  • May assist members with referrals from Digital Wellness Center into onsite/nearsite center or community, if applicable.
  • Works collaboratively with all team members and support staff to coordinate member care and utilization of resources.
  • Manages triage calls to medical personnel when member has a medical concern or identified red flags. 
  • Ensures optimal use of Digital Wellness Center resources.
  • Utilizes reports to pull data and identify member information.
  • May include providing education to new members regarding Premise Health resources available to them.
  • May include participating in and supporting the effective planning, development, execution, and evaluation of member engagement plans.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


What You'll Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • High School Diploma or GED required. 
  • Prior experience with using electronic medical record (EMR). 
  • 2 years working in outreach or in the community with people who have medical and behavioral health conditions, social and interpersonal complexities impacting their lives preferred. 
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural setting preferred.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $20.80 - $26.00 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.


For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
