This position is responsible for providing consultative guidance for Occupational Health site leadership and teams while implementing consistent activities to standardize operational processes to ensure sustainable business outcomes and results and adherence to corporate policies and government regulations. This position will assist in the development, refinement, and execution of detailed project plans including tactical coordination of corporate departments and Health Center management.


This is a full time, remote Occupational Health Product Manager role.


What You'll Do

Provides leadership and communication to ensure knowledge transfer and best practice sharing to Occupational Health team members in support of operational goals and objectives and compliance with government regulations

Communicates processes, policies, and corporate vision effectively with Occupational Health team members

Creates an environment of clear accountability for Occupational Health management and takes accountability for his/her own results.

Provides thought leadership and support of quantitative and qualitative analysis, development of interventions, outcomes measurement and reporting.

Actively participates in the development of onboarding and education project planning according to the scope of work ensuring operational efficiency and governmental compliance

Facilitates and/or participates in project meetings with regional clinical leadership and Occupational Health teams to prepare for implementation/execution of corporate policy

Solves complex problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive, productive approaches utilizing internal support functions.

Understands the financial, business, and clinical requirements and implications of the lines of service and articulates them to other parts of the business

Responsible for the completion of all tasks in Project Plan designated as responsibility of Clinical Operations Support - Occupational Health in preparation, implementation and follow up as needed

Monitors the status, assigns actions items and proactively identifies issues/roadblocks

Conducts or participates in conference calls on a regular basis and effectively communicates weekly project status and timeline updates

Drives integration across products, disciplines, and lines of service

Responsible for the onboarding of new Occupational Health team members

Updates and maintains educational resources including the core curriculum, mentoring meetings, advanced occupational health in-person training, and the 1:1 mentoring program on the Occupational Health SharePoint, Teams, and Accelerate

Provides consultative guidance and perspective to Occupational Health Centers and to clients for issues related to subject matter expertise and operational processes

Collaborates with Occupational Health site management on issues related to SME deliverables and operational optimization

Provides support to sales, operations, and strategy teams to drive business development

Consults with Medical, Legal or Compliance departments regarding regulations, practice acts, practice law, certification requirements, etc.

Support Sales, Reporting, Procurement, Credentialing, Clinical Applications Delivery, and other internal teams as requested regarding Occupational Health practices

Work with the Clinical Operations Support Team to support Lines of Service.


What You'll Bring

Licensed as a Registered Nurse

Bachelor of Science or Masters, preferred

Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN/COHN-S), required

5+ years’ experience in Occupational Health preferred.

Prior experience in an on-site Occupational Health site in an Occupational Health Center preferred.

Experience working in a virtual environment preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent articulation skills and ability to communicate complex health/medical principles and procedures in simple layman’s language

Ability to create process flows to improve efficiency and adherence to corporate policies and government regulations

Understanding of business processes to facilitate execution of initiatives

Functional use of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs, Electronic Medical Record (Epic, OHM) preferred

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $95,000.00 - $109,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. 


For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will be included in the company's Open Time Off plan and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
