The Product Manager provides support and consultative guidance regarding the primary care product to field team members and corporate team members including but not limited to the operations, medical operations leadership, product, and growth and development teams.
This is a Full Time, remote, Primary Care Product Manager role.
What You'll Do
- Directs the development and deployment of subject matter content applicable to clinical and operations corporate departments and field team members.
- Communicates processes, policies, and corporate vision effectively with regional clinical leadership and site leadership.
- Assists operations and medical operations teams in determining the appropriate programs for the client need in the following areas: biometrics, vaccine campaigns, laboratory support, and/or collaboration with other products and features that fall under or integrate with primary care.
- Operates within the operational and clinical accountability hierarchies for site leadership. Communicates with different levels of leadership as needed to improve site care delivery.
- Provides creative thought leadership and maintains awareness of industry trend and site or client requests for programing in member health management, quantitative and qualitative analysis, development of interventions, outcomes measurement and reporting.
- Supports the day-to-day accountability of third-party vendor relationships as needed in support of event-based solutions for site-based needs including pricing, contracting, implementation guidance and invoicing.
- Understands the financial, business, and clinical requirements and implications of the lines of service and articulates them to other parts of the business.
- Actively participates in the development of product and site processes and project planning according to the scope of work ensuring operational efficiency and governmental compliance.
- Participates in site assessments and AAAHC meetings as needed in collaboration with regional clinical leadership teams.
- Communicates to field team members, via regional clinical leadership and operations leaders when site or individuals are falling below predetermined thresholds in product delivery metrics.
- Facilitates and/or participates in project meetings with corporate and site leadership to prepare for implementation/execution of corporate policy.
- Solves complex problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive, productive approaches utilizing internal support functions.
- Responsible for the completion of all tasks in Project Plans as designated by director, AVP, or VP of operations support.
- Monitors the status, assigns actions items and proactively identifies issues/roadblocks.
- Provides support and coordination for Occurrence reporting to the member level for event-based programs.
- Drives integration across products, disciplines, and lines of service.
- Participates in implementation of product-related services and programs.
- Supports training of team members delivering or supporting the product
- Provides consultative guidance and perspective to sites and to clients for issues related to subject matter expertise and operational processes.
- Collaborates with site leadership on issues related to SME deliverables and operational optimization.
- Provides support to sales, operations, and strategy teams to drive business development.
- Provides guidance on implementation procedures.
- Consults with Medical, Legal or Compliance departments regarding regulations, practice acts, practice law, certification requirements etc.
- Supports Product, Medical Operations, Sales, Reporting, Procurement, Credentialing, Clinical Applications Delivery, and other internal teams as needed.
- Works with the Clinical Operations Support Team to support Lines of Service.
- Provides for engagement, mentorship and professional growth for site team members in collaboration with the Director of Client Operations.
What You'll Bring
- Licensed in a Health care field (e.g., Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant)
- Bachelor of Science or Masters, preferred.
- 7+ years of clinical experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Health Equity or Population Health
- Experience working in a virtual environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent articulation skills and ability to communicate complex health/medical principles and procedures in easy-to-understand terms.
- Proactive communication style with excellent customer service
- Ability to analyze data to drive clinical and operational improvement.
- Ability to create process flows to improve efficiency and adherence to corporate policies and government regulations.
- Functional use of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs
- Electronic Medical Record proficiency (Epic, OHM etc.), preferred.
- Virtual Conference functionality (Zoom).

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $95,000.00 - $124,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an Annual Performance Incentive that is a percentage/ of base salary and awarded based upon individual annual evaluation and company financial performance.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
