The Salesforce Senior Developer will be part of the team that is responsible for the support of Salesforce and related business applications. Responsibilities will include serving as the Senior Salesforce Developer including day to day maintenance, prompt attention to unplanned errors affecting end users, strategic enhancements to support the business long term, and some end user support.
This is a Full Time, remote, Senior Salesforce Developer role.
What You'll Do
· Understand the holistic view of the business to strategically develop flows, code, layouts, etc. to ensure scalability and longevity of the platform.
· Participate in business discussions and provide feedback on technical feasibility of requests.
· Mentor team members on best practices to promote a cohesive approach to system modifications.
· Collaborate with the business and other Business Application team members to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits).
· Collaborate with developers for other systems as needed to create and maintain integrations across the business.
· Perform custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations.
· Create, edit, and maintain a complex series of Salesforce flows.
· Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution.
· Carry out migration of the changes to production.
· Create and maintain technical design and documentation, with feedback from business.
· Maintain Premise Health’s Salesforce.com environment, including data loads as needed.
· Work with Salesforce to troubleshoot and resolve open issues as needed.
· Manage and update workflows and approvals.
· Work with third party applications including Copado, Quip, Einstein, Gridbuddy, HubSpot, Shield and ZoomInfo among others.
· Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation. Recommend the implementation of new functionalities when beneficial.
· Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
· Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
· Assist with release cycles and story development for Agile methodology.
· Perform development using Apex to support more intricate business requirements (as needed)
· Perform other duties as assigned by leader
What You'll Bring
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
· SFDC certification (Advanced Administrator or higher)
· Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Marketing Cloud Developer, JavaScript Developer I, etc. preferred.
· 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator / Developer (Sales cloud experience preferred) or 3+ years' experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com.
· Experience with Salesforce flows and metadata
· Experience working with large data sets and bulkification
· Diagnose issues from error codes, logging, de-bugging in process builder, flow, workflows, etc.
· Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices
· Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications
· Ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $99,500.00 - $112,900.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
