This is a full time, hybrid ServiceNow Manager role located in Brentwood, TN.

The ServiceNow Development Manager is the Platform Owner for ServiceNow, responsible for the health, configuration, and evolution of the enterprise ecosystem. While this role focuses on the ServiceNow suite (including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, Hardware Asset Management, HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management, and others) the Manager ensures these solutions are integrated in lockstep with other core business applications within the Business Enablement Applications & Delivery department purview.

This role operates in a critical partnership with the Business Analyst Supervisor. Together, you will co-author the platform roadmap, ensuring that technical engineering and developer output are perfectly aligned with business requirements to fulfill the company’s digital transformation goals.

This is a full time, hybrid ServiceNow Manager role, located in Brentwood, TN.

What You'll Do:

•People Leadership & Talent Development: Serve as the direct supervisor for the technical team (Developers & Engineers); responsible for performance management, professional mentorship, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

•ServiceNow Platform Leadership: Direct the technical team (Developers, Engineers) in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.

•BA Roadmap Partnership: Work in constant alignment with the Business Analysis leader to translate the corporate strategy into a well-documented, executable ServiceNow roadmap.

•Portfolio Oversight: Lead the delivery of high-value modules including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, Hardware Asset Management, HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management, and others.

•Cross-Functional Process Improvement: Partner with departments/teams across the organization to identify "bottlenecks" and utilize ServiceNow automation to streamline enterprise workflows.

•Integration Management: Oversee the technical "handshakes" between ServiceNow and other relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless user experiences.

•Quality Control & Testing Oversight: Own the end-to-end technical validation process, ensuring rigorous peer reviews and comprehensive testing cycles. This includes coordinating Quality Assurance (QA) and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by business requestors to ensure high-quality, stable deployments.

•Data Privacy & Governance: Maintain strict alignment with HITRUST and HIPPA Safe Harbor regulatory requirements across all environments.

•Change Management Stewardship: Ensure all work follows rigorous change management processes, ensuring system stability and documented approval for all platform enhancements.

•Capacity & Demand Planning: Manage the team workload by prioritizing and balancing operational responsibilities with new projects based on organizational impact and resource availability.

•Resource Load Balancing: Guide the technical team on flexing into requirement gathering responsibilities when necessary to support the Business Analysts, ensuring balanced workloads and timely delivery during peak demand.

What You'll Bring:

•Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

•Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

•Preferred: Certified ServiceNow Developer

•ServiceNow Mastery: Deep functional knowledge of ServiceNow's core capabilities and its role as an enterprise-wide integration hub.

•Collaborative Strategy: Ability to work "in lockstep" with BA counterparts to balance technical debt with new feature requests.

•Agile Proficiency: Extensive experience leading teams through the full Agile Software Development Lifecycle, with mastery in managing complex backlogs and aligning iterative delivery with long-term roadmaps.

•Communication: Ability to communicate complex platform roadmaps and technical constraints to all levels of the organization with clarity and professional wit.

•Operational Excellence: Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple high-priority requests in a fast-paced,           challenging environment.

•Prior experience documenting policies, procedures and standards.

•Outstanding verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

•Ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Visio.

•Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and balance tasks/requests.

•Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

•Able to work autonomously, be accountable, and take initiative.
