As a Full-Time Virtual Health Psychologist, you'll provide care to the total member population within our Digital Wellness Center. Rotating work schedule of 5x8 shifts will vary within the hours of 8am-8pm CST, Monday-Friday. Each week will include at least one early shift (8:00am-5:00pm CT) and one late shift (11:00am-8:00pm CT). Candidates must be willing to work within the Central Time zone and have access to high-speed internet and a private, dedicated workspace. Must be independently licensed and multi-state licensure will be required (up to 50 states). Must hold an E-Passport issued by ASPPB, reside in a PSYPACT state, and maintain active PSYPACT credentials. Telehealth/virtual experience is required. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Interacts with members, in a virtual setting, to assist in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
- Uses evidenced based psychological/neuropsychological screenings to diagnosis DSM-5 and comorbid conditions and identify the biological, psychological, and social determinants of members presenting problems.
- Provides integrated assessment and treatment in the virtual environment.
- Delivers short-term, evidence based, solution–focused, longitudinal psychotherapy, when needed.
- Counsels individuals regarding problems, such as stress, substance abuse, and family situations, to modify behavior or to improve personal, social, and vocational adjustment.
- In additional to individual counseling, this position may lead psychotherapy groups, seminars, and provide couples and/or family sessions, when appropriate to the site contract.
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals of all ages.
- Leads behavioral health case management (coordinating referrals and serving as the primary point of contact for onsite Premise teams and outside agencies including inpatient/residential treatment facilities and intensive outpatient programs).
- May require other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology required. Must have graduated from an APA (American Psychological Association) accredited program.
- Requires a license to practice clinical psychology.
- Must be eligible for or already PsyPact (Ability and willingness to become licensed in multiple states necessary.).
- Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS – care) certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
- 2-4 years of experience required.
- Must have prior experience in mental health treatment including depression, mood disorders, substance use disorders, marital and family therapies, grief, loss, in adults and children.
- Experience with delivering care in a virtual context.
- Experience in collaborating with other medical professionals in an integrative setting is preferred.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $99,840.00 - $124,800.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0769 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
