- Flexible Full-Time Schedule: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts) within Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM
- Rotating Weekend Coverage: Alternating Saturday/Sunday shifts (7:30 AM–6:00 PM)

- Create personalized, goal-driven programs based on each patient’s medical referral and individual needs
- Execute, describe and effectively coach implemented educational presentations, group training exercises, and posture circuit components.
Perform Physical Demand Analyses including raw data collection, use of measurement tools, video analysis for specific job demands, and overall report review.
Identify high-risk work areas and follow-up with team members to ensure early symptom recognition and prevention.
Evaluate individual’s physical abilities using Physical Performance Testing and musculoskeletal assessments designed to resemble specific work environments.
Provide corrective coaching on poor ergonomic body postures and provide potential countermeasures during line-side follow-ups, group training, video
analysis, and physical performance testing.Collaborate on a daily and weekly basis with Athletic Trainers, nurses, physicians, and client liaisons regarding team members and safety issues.
Work with management, clients, and third-party companies to develop special projects and research opportunities.
May require other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or a closely related field is required
(Master’s degree preferred)
Personal Training certification from nationally recognized, accredited organization (e.g. ACSM, NASM, NSCA etc.) is preferred
- Current certification in CPR/AED (hands on program required) and First Aid required.
- Group Exercise Primary certification from nationally recognized organization (e.g. AFFA, ACE, IDEA) is preferred.
Advanced fitness certification(s) (Special Populations, FMS, Exercise is Medicine, Corrective Specialist, etc.) preferred
