Premise Health is proud to partner with Cummins Wellness Center and are currently looking for a full-time Culinary Director to join our team in Columbus, IN!

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Requires flexibility between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
  

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Developing detailed plans and strategies for implementing new projects.
• Engaging with stakeholders, including staff, community members, and other relevant parties, to ensure their input and support.
• Monitoring the progress of the implementation, evaluating effectiveness, and providing creative feedback.
• Identifying and resolving obstacles or challenges that arise during the implementation process, adapting to the unique requirements across locations and teams.
• Providing training and support to ensure that everyone involved understands their roles and responsibilities and is empowered to innovate.
• Creating reports on progress, outcomes, and any issues encountered during the implementation.
• Collaborate with onsite Teaching Kitchen Manager to provide staffing during TK Manager’s/staff PTO.
• Assisting TK Manager with procurement as needed.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a health field including but not exclusive to public health, nutrition, nursing, health promotion, etc. or equivalent experience.
• Degree in hospitality or the Culinary Arts.
• National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (preferred).
• Must be willing to learn and perform duties in a manner consistent with ServSafe.

Experience:

• 10+ years of relevant work experience
