As an onsite Full-Time Behavioral Health Supervisor, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Elko, NV. This role will also travel to Winnemucca site as needed. Work schedule may vary within the hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm. 

What You'll Do: 

• Support management decisions and day-to-day operations for a small department, including behavioral health chart reviews
• Provide individual clinical counseling
• Lead psychotherapy groups, seminars, and provide couples and/or family sessions to individuals of all ages
• Interview clients to gather and interpret social, personal, environmental, and health information
• Assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health needs, including crisis intervention and referrals to community resources
• Develop and coordinate programs to support clients’ social and emotional well-being
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships while evaluating treatment effectiveness
• Maintain case load and ensure timely, accurate documentation in accordance with established protocols
• Enters data into patient’s chart to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring: 

• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study
• Licensed as a mental health clinicians as per state requirements: examples include Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS – care) certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire
• 5 years’ of experience in the field or in a related area
• Prior counseling experience in the field of treatment of behavioral mental health including depression, mood disorders, alcoholism and drug dependency, family counseling, marital relationship, grief, loss, etc
• Crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet the diverse needs of the population served in a treatment setting
• Experience identifying, preventing, and treating of suicidal behaviors
• Patient referral management and knowledge of available referral resources
• Previous clinical experience in integrated behavioral health settings preferred
• Must possess the ability to lead others

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $94,400.00 - $118,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
