As a Full Time Ergonomics Manager, you'll provide leadership, direction, and support for the Prevention Through Design Ergonomics teams across client locations, partnering with site leaders and assisting the operational initiatives as needed. The hours are Monday-Friday business hours. Travel (including internationally) required.
What You'll Do
- Manages staff typically composed of Ergonomic Supervisor(s) and/or Specialists
- Direct supervision for 2-15 Ergonomic Supervisor(s) and/or Specialists across 1-5 sites.
- Responsible for following appropriate processes for staff management including staff development and performance management.
- Responsible for interviewing, training, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new colleagues.
- Assist Premise team and Director Client Operations (DCO) in implementation of strategic program and marketing plans.
- Assist the DCO with monthly reporting statistics.
- Partner with Premise Health Teams and related departments to provide optimal performance of the site to meet the needs and satisfaction of client.
- Address customer issues and ensure effective long-term problem resolution.
- May require other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Degree is Health Sciences (Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, Exercise Science, or Biomechanics, or Physical Engineering) required, preferably with an ergonomic focus
- Advanced Certification in Ergonomics from recognized program (CPE, AEP, CEAS II/III, CIEE, COEE, AOEAS) must be obtained within 12 months of hire
- At least 3 years’ experience working with ergonomic application required.
- 3-5 years’ experience working with ergonomic application preferred.
- At least 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $80,000 - $99,450.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
