As a Full Time Athletic Trainer- Clinical Injury Prevention Specialist, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Centers located in Hebron and Blue Ash, KY. The scheduled hours are Monday – Friday, 11:30a – 8p with some flexibility.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement early intervention program consisting of performing
• comprehensive musculoskeletal examination, providing first aid per OSHA
• standards and education on injury prevention
• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks
• and recommend preventive strategies
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and
• injury prevention programs
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and
• recommend workplace countermeasures
• Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes in a timely and
• accurate manner
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date record
• Participate in meetings and task forces
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited professional Athletic Training
• education program
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in specialty areas (Ergonomic Specialty) preferred
• Experience in Occupational Health and Safety; Knowledge of current OSHA
• regulations preferred
• Experience in Ergonomics preferred
