As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Modesto, CA.
The scheduled hours are PRN as needed.
As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Modesto, CA.

- Enjoy the flexibility of PRN scheduling while working in a beautiful clinic, supporting primary care and light occupational health services with a manageable volume of just 8–12 patients per day.
- Expand your skills in a hands-on role with opportunities to perform phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, patient follow-up, and front office responsibilities using Epic EMR in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience excellent work-life balance with no weekends or holidays, while providing personalized care to employees and their dependents in a modern clinic setting with on-site parking and a supportive provider partner.
What You’ll Do
- Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
- Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
- Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
- Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Performs other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
- Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
- At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
