As a Full Time Physician Assisant, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Pampa, TX. 


This is a full-time, project-based position with an anticipated duration of approximately three (3)- five (5) years, dependent on actual completion. 


Full-time positions working approximately 36–40 hours per week. Both 10-hour and 12-hour shifts are being considered, with potential opportunities across first and second shifts. As we prepare to open this brand-new location, the schedule has not yet been finalized. We are open to exploring scheduling options based on candidate interest and availability, while ensuring the schedule supports the operational needs of the site.


Please note that these positions may include a weekend work requirement, including Saturdays. The specific Saturday hours, weekend requirements, shift assignments, and overall scheduling structure are still being determined and may vary based on operational needs. Candidates should be comfortable with the possibility of working weekends and/or either first- or second-shift schedules.


On-site housing is available, as needed, for new hires who live more than 30 miles from the location.


What You’ll Do

  • Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines and approved agreements.  
  • Ensure compliance with applicable clinical and occupational health requirements, including OSHA, DOT, CDC, and other relevant standards.
  • Provide medically appropriate, evidence-based care to injured workers, supporting timely recovery and return to meaningful work.
  • Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.  
  • Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care.  
  • Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, growth and development.  
  • Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.  
  • Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.  
  • Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies.  
  • Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed.  
  • Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.  
  • Performs other duties as assigned.  


What You’ll Bring

  • Maintains state licenses/certifications to practice.  
  • Maintains Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable).  
  • Current NCCPA national certification required.  
  • Degree from ARC-PA accredited program.  
  • Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable).  
  • Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.  
  • At least three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.  
  • State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license, if required in your state (Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico), or New York ROPES registration, as applicable.
  • Certification in occupational health (COHN/COHN-S/COHN-S/CM) preferred.
  • Experience working in an occupational health setting is preferred.
  • Experience performing site visits and collaborating with safety teams to identify and establish strategies to mitigate workplace hazards.
