As a PRN Leave Coordinator, you will support client employees through our Health Center located in Round Lake, IL. This is a remote position offering flexible PRN hours between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday, with an approximate commitment of 1–3 hours as needed. The role also includes a regular Sunday weekend check-in for the Round Lake location. What You’ll Do
- Monitors, tracks, coordinates, administers work absence and altered work schedule for disability
- Coordinates work accommodations, workers’ compensation claims, fitness for duty, state, federal and company leaves
- Primary liaison between client employees, providers, agency or institution, case managers, client’s HR, Corporate Health, benefits regarding the employee’s absences or altered work schedule
- Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws and company policy
- Assists in maintaining records, reports, forms and performs follow-up as directed
- Aids in coordination of client health and wellness events, programs through client’s vendor partner
- Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
- Appropriately escalates duties beyond their administrative scope to clinical team
- May require other duties as assigned
- A liaison between client employees and third party administrators
- Provides oversight to the 300A, BLS Survey and Client’s Manhours in tandem with the Client's Safety Management Team
What You’ll Bring
- High school degree required, Bachelor's from four-year college or university is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources department preferred
- Certified professional in disability management (CPDM) preferred
- A minimum 2 years of previous experience in absence management (leaves, ADA, Workers’ Compensation)

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $42.31 - $52.89 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise employees accrue paid sick leave at a rate of 0.03333 hours per hour worked.
