As a Full Time Administrative Assistant Supervisor, you'll provide services to client employees in our Health Centers located in Seattle, WA and Kirkland, WA. The scheduled hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Requires administrative experience within the site.
What You'll Do:
- Mentors and supervises Administrative Assistants/Med Receptionists on an as-needed basis
- Assists in training of other colleagues as directed
- Maintain open communication with Health Center Manager/Supervisor regarding any training needs of the administrative staff
- Is viewed as a leader amongst the administrative staff and looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and communicate effectively to staff
- Organizes and maintains a filing system for patient charts, including generating chart numbers, filing, and pulling charts
- Answers telephone and either responds to inquiry, directs caller to appropriate personnel, or initiates a triage slip for response by medical personnel
- Schedules appointments and enters appointment date and time into computerized scheduler
- Conducts reminder calls to all patients
- Greets and directs patients, salespeople, and visitors
- Registers patients by verifying that patient's record is up to date and accurate, makes appropriate changes in computer system and on patient's chart
- Coordinates referrals for patients through insurance and other physician offices or specialists
- May require other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
- One year certificate from college or technical school with concentration in administrative support for medical settings or at least three years’ experience in an occupational health clinic or ambulatory care clinic or office
- Previous experience preferred

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $57,408.00 - $71,760.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
